These expected variations are part of natural materials and handmade production and are not considered defects.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

CUSTOM STUDIO AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Our interactive tools may allow customers to arrange beads, select materials, or design a custom item.
Availability, pricing, structural feasibility, and final appearance remain subject to review. We may contact you if a design requires adjustment.
Because natural materials vary, a finished item may not appear identical to an on-screen rendering.
Custom orders are final after approval, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
