Refund policy
Voie des Étoiles (“VDE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Les Étoiles Fine Jewelry LLC. Because our jewelry is handmade, many mineral specimens are one of a kind, and custom pieces are made to individual specifications, all sales are final except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.
RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, an incorrect size or option selected by the customer, or expected natural variations in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, shape, or dimensions.
Please review all product photographs, descriptions, measurements, and customization choices carefully before placing an order.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page:

Requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered preparation, customization, or shipment, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom and personalized orders are final after the customer approves the design, materials, size, or other specifications.
Small variations are normal in handmade work and natural materials and do not constitute a defect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging
If the claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and available inventory. This may include repair, replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Do not return an item without written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
APPROVED REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval or, when a return is authorized, within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
