Voie des Étoiles (“VDE”) is operated by Les Étoiles Fine Jewelry LLC. This policy explains how orders placed through vdecrystals.com are prepared and delivered.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
An order placed with an address outside our available delivery area may be cancelled and refunded.
PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Orders are normally dispatched on Tuesdays.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and order volume. Orders that are not ready for the next Tuesday dispatch will move to a later Tuesday.
Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time. Any applicable timeframe will be communicated during the order process.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, holidays, carrier delays, service interruptions, and other events outside our control may affect arrival times.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.
VDE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with the order.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the carrier before contacting us.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please also review our Refund Policy.
